Why a Travel Agent?

Domestically I tend to book my own travel, but with international flight rules always changing - even from airline to airline,  and trips becoming harder to manage, I find I always use GOABC travel for international trips.  Ever since 2005, I have trusted my travel to GOABC.  

During one trip to Kenya in 2006, London was hit with a terrorist scare.  There were tents all over Heathrow and security was very tight.  During this time, GOABC travel confirmed my flights and kept me on point all the way home.  It was the day that the plastic baggies and shoe check were initiated, and very hard to get back to the US.

I like to use my time wisely when I'm on the ground serving in another country.  I find that my travel agent is only an email or phone call away - to confirm flights, travel plans, or other needs I may have.  They even coordinated with my friends and family back home when I had them coordinate my plans from the ground in Kenya.  As long as I had my Blackberry, I had my travel agent - an email away.
